Mattia Cerato was born in Cuneo, a small town in northern Italy, where since childhood he has spent his days doing what he loves most: drawing. He attended the IED in Turin, specialising in Illustration for Children’s Books. An experienced traveller, he works with publishing houses from every corner of the world and never stops seeking new challenges.

Among his recently published titles are Le Favole di Leonardo da Vinci (Giunti), Anatre in Montagna (Edizioni EL), Rescue (Cottage Door Press) and Hide and Seek Chicago (Sourcebooks).
